Base with a milk/cream flavour that, despite the absence of added vegetable fats, helps to create a wellstructured and creamy gelato

Dosage
50 g base + 1 l of milk + 220/250 g of sugar. For a creamier gelato:50 g base + 1 l of milk + 250/270 g of sugar + 50 g of skimmed powder milk + 150 g of cream.
