DARK CHOCOLATE GELATO KIT
The first semi-finished product to enter the market in 2003, for the production of dark chocolate gelato. For a gelato with dark chocolate, without milk or milk derivates and without fats other than cocoa butter, obtained directly from the chocolate bar.
1.5 kg of product + 1 kg of Extra Bitter coating + 2.3 l of water + 300 g of cocoa + 100 g of sugar + 50 g of dextrose.
For a richer recipe: 1.5 kg of product + 1 kg of Extra Bitter coating + 2.3 l of water + 500 g of cocoa + 160 g of sugar + 120 g of dextrose.
